For the first time in ages I’ve been home alone for several days.  Hubs took the kids to visit with his family on Lake Michigan, but I chose to stay home with the pets and get.shit.done.  I’ve been super productive and my house is so serene and clean, but I am ready to have my babies back.  They land shortly and I can’t wait to see them at the airport.

Lots of orders filled this week.  Sprinkled in with the back to school usual suspects were lots of baby gifts and all are for baby boys.  Hmmm…..

So, without further adieu….I love attaching a colorful rattle or toy to a gift bag for babies.The back to school items consisted of backpacks, lunch boxes and clear stadium bags.  And a fall Modern Forestry candle.  As much as I love summer, I’m excited for all things fall and pumpkin and football.A few summer orders are still being placed as well.  After all, the weather will be hot down here for at least another six weeks.  Plenty of time for fun in the sun and on the water.  The monogrammed trucker hats are a recent addition to EmeryBodie and they’ve been quite popular.  Almost every thread color looks fantastic on the weathered black fabric.The last of my Brumate inventory went out the door over the weekend.  An extra large SPF bag and coordinating First Aid bag come in handy year round.Emery and Bodie were so busy having fun with their cousins in MI over the weekend that I barely heard from them.  I did get these two pictures sent to me by my brother in law Sunday.  Fishing and riding in the dune buggies at my in-law’s cottage property are their favorite things to do when visiting Grandma and Grandpa.My parents and I gifted my sister her own SUP for our birthday last week.  We were so eager to take our boards out together that I drove down to Atlanta for a few hours Saturday even though my kids were out of town so that Alison and I could paddle around at our cousin’s lake house.  We had the best time and will definitely have to try to squeeze it in again when Emery and Bodie can join in on the fun.  Whew!  This is a long post.  I hope you’re having a great Monday.  It’s almost over!
