We were blessed with the most incredible weather this last week.  A bunch of hubby’s family came to town for some work stuff, and it was so nice to eat dinners on the back porch.  Having company is a great excuse to fluff the house a bit, so I grabbed some blooms from Publix the day before everyone arrived.  I just love pink tulips and mint julep cups.  I kept them in the fridge overnight to prolong their beauty.  One of the guest rooms got some carnations and mums.

Having the in-laws in town gave us the perfect excuse to head out to a fancy dinner at Bodie’s favorite restaurant, Chophouse 47.  The boy sure does love steak.IMG_7365Friday night was a bucket list item for me:  Eric Church live!  Hubs and I went to the Double Down Tour stop here in Greenville and I was in heaven.  Eric doesn’t have an opening act or many bells and whistles.  It was three hours of him and his small band and it was incredible.  IMG_7385

I am super busy with monogramming orders lately, so I’ll keep this short and sweet.  I hope everyone had a great weekend!
