We spent our fall break in west Texas with hubby’s family and had the best few days.  Emery and Bodie love playing with their cousins while the adults get to relax and spend time together.  The weather was gorgeous during our visit and I just love the scenery around El Paso.  It’s so different from what we’re used to here in SC.  How gorgeous was my view on my run?IMG_0835Although we’ve been to El Paso many times, this was our first visit to Rosa’s Cantina.  Such a fun bar!  The live music and food were wonderful.  The singer played Marty Robbin’s famous song and did a fabulous job with it.  IMG_0852IMG_0853IMG_0856Grandma always keeps the kids busy with fun crafts….they made characters with rice and socks.  Bodie and his ghost.IMG_0859IMG_0867IMG_0868The Rio Grande is basically in our family’s backyard, so we took the kids and dogs down there to play.  Not exactly a raging river!  IMG_0885IMG_0888IMG_0890Backyard living at its finest.  IMG_3740I read a lot on this trip and plowed through the first two books of the Anna Todd series, After.  I can’t wait to get my hands on the third book.  I’m dying to know what happens with Tessa and Hardin.IMG_0789IMG_1057I hope your week is off to a great start!
