I ALWAYS carry a first aid kit when I travel.  For years, I’ve used one of my favorite zipper bags in blue embroidered with fun neon pink thread.  It’s easy to pack and has saved the day countless times.  This bag has also joined us on many day trips and, again, come in quite handy.  I use these same bags for sunscreen and chargers.  They are the best!  Today I’m sharing what is in my bag and providing the details on how you can win one of your very own on Instagram.  Trust me, you will want this bag.

• Aspirin/ibuprofen/pain reliever
• Scissors
• Tweezers
• pocket knife with tools
• Benadryl/antihistamine
• Neosporin
• Cortisone Cream
• Gauze and tape
• Band Aids
• Elastic bandage
• Alcohol prep pads
• Pepto Bismol
• Carmex/ lip protectant
• Lighter
• Flashight
• Lastly, because ‘Rona, antibacterial hand wipes and face masks.  These are a new addition for me, but actually would be useful even if not experiencing a global pandemic.  I think I’ll make them a permanent fixture.
