Small Business Saturday: Grad Gifts

I’m talking about my own little business this Small Business Saturday. I think I speak for everyone when I say this is a wild time of year, but that is especially true when May is the busiest month for your business. I have had the best time curating grad gifts this season. This has definitely been my best grad season ever and I am incredibly thankful.

The star of the show, in my opinion, is the new block print bag duo. Block print designs are having a moment and I love them. I may have ordered extras so Emery and I can each have a set. I’m partial to the blue, but Emery likes the pink. THESE ARE SO GOOD! Cute, practical, durable and less than $100 WITH MONOGRAM.

Block Print Bag Duo NEW ITEM

I’ve been so busy that I didn’t get around to taking good photos, but I had to go ahead and list this combo in my shop because I am too excited to wait for better photos. Shop them here: https://emerybodie-llc.myshopify.com/products/block-print-train-case-and-weekender-set

Again, I didn’t take many photos the past few weeks because I’ve been setting items out for pickup the moment I finish, but I did manage to snap a few. New this year are scalloped acrylic frames with a shadow font monogram. I did lots of these! The frames are from Amazon if you’d like to buy some: https://amzn.to/44S8xNv

These laundry bags were provided by a customer. I was so impressed I tracked them down on Amazon here: https://amzn.to/4diNiXg

Passport covers are a fun gift for any grads with summer travel on the horizon.

Boat totes are great for schlepping this to and from home, to tailgates, to the store, etc. These were popular with students AND teachers this year. I love them. They are the same brand as the block print bags.

If you need any last minute gifts, please reach out. I still have a few items left in stock. I love helping with special occasions such as graduations. Almost all of these gifts were paired with a check or Visa gift card. Let’s face it, most of these kids want some spending moolah.

And just to keep it interesting, I had a few baby requests last week. Seersucker will always have my heart.

Baby Gifts

I’m off to get my nails done with Emery and then hopefully the Greek Festival if the weather cooperates. Nice little Saturday! Remember to shop small when you can; it means more than you know.

Have a great weekend.
