I am so thankful to not be experiencing my usual January slump. Although I’m not nearly as crazy as I was during the Christmas season, I’m consistently getting orders and I’m enjoying the slower pace while still being productive. This shirt and bib was for a little man’s first birthday party.

Almost every Clemson grad I know is in The Big Easy for the game tonight, so I had a few clear stadium bags come my way recently. I love this metallic color scheme.

These towels were a custom request for a housewarming gift and I think it’s just about the best idea EVER. Of course it doesn’t hurt that “Wellesley” is such a quaint town with a pretty name.

I did a terrible job capturing just how big these pillow covers are, but each one took over half an hour to stitch. I love to simple Cotillion “W” this customer chose for her porch pillows.

Not monogram related, but Gipper has decided that he no longer sleeps at the foot of the bed. He sleeps right where I normally lay. And he won’t budge. I’m exhausted!

I am in love with my new planner for all the things EmeryBodie. It’s by Boutique Boss and I’ve never felt more organized and motivated. Also? It’s leopard and pink, so it’s pretty much perfection.

Emery and I watched her sweet friend, Ayla, in a performance at the South Carolina Children’s Theatre last weekend. Alya’s mom ordered this clipboard beforehand as a gift for the wonderful director. The play was super cute and I’m so impressed by all of the hard work the young actors put into the production. This was our second opportunity to attend a play at SCCT and we are excited for more shows in the spring.

I stitched a cosmetic bag this past week for a neighbor in need of a last minute gift. She had the bag on hand and it’s a great one. A Buckhead Betties hanging organizer is ideal for toiletries or jewelry.

Other than using fewer single use plastics, my other big resolution for 2020 is to drink more water. I actually thought I did I a pretty good job drinking enough H2O each day, but I was mistaken. Big time. I don’t think I was even drinking half of what I should. I kept seeing these Hydromate bottles on Instagram and I was curious. I had a hunch that the visual reminder would help me tremendously and I was right. I don’t manage to drink a gallon every day, but I’m striving for every other. I love it! I definitely feel better and I’m certain that I’ll look like I’m 28 years old by the end of the month. All kidding aside, the Hydromate has really helped me increase my water intake. My friend, Jess, mentioned she wanted to give a whirl as well, so I snagged her a bottle when I purchased mine (on Amazon) and just had to add our names. The fun colors don’t hurt! I can’t recommend it enough. The only bummer is that it doesn’t fit in any sort of cup holders (obviously. It’s a gallon!) and it’s kind of big and heavy (which is why I don’t do it every day), but totally worth the hassle.

My bag is the Parker tote from BLVD and I’ve never gotten more compliments on any bag, ever. The leopard strap is from Amazon. WTF did I do before Amazon?
