Good morning and happy Friday!  I tackled a long overdue organizing chore this week and now I feel like I have my sh*t together.  Just kidding, but it did feel good to purge and sort my jewelry. 

I don’t have a ton of jewelry; a few staples that I’ve had forever and still cherish to this day plus a few fun pieces mixed in for color and statement.  For my needs, the Modular Acrylic Linen Jewelry Drawer system works perfectly.

I’m embarrassed to say that I usually left my jewelry from the day next to my bathroom sink or in various dishes around the house.  I had a large wooden jewelry box on my dresser that was given to me when Ben and I first married that served as my “fancy” jewelry storage, but as the saying goes, “you don’t wear what you don’t see.”  I realized that a clear system would encourage me to switch things up a bit instead of always grabbing whatever is easiest to see. 

Here’s where we started:

I organized my makeup and skincare products over the summer and realized I am much more diligent about applying my serums and potions when they are visible instead of shoved in bags in my drawers.  This served as my inspiration for organizing my jewelry as well.

In addition to the drawers, I added a bracelet stand for my bangles.  I’m thrilled with the fun colors peeking through the lid!  Now to address my pantry situation….
