I always say “yes” when the PTA of a local school asks me if EmeryBodie LLC can contribute. First of all, I’m flattered. Secondly, I am beyond appreciative of our educators, administrators and volunteers who show up for our kids day after day. The least I can do is come up with a little surcee for an auction or door prize.
In years past I’ve donated school mascot cocktail napkins and wreath sashes (wreath included) as well as permanent bracelet gift certificates. Fearing I need some new material, I created a Valentine themed bucket for the Riverside High School first annual Wild Wild West Booster Benefit. The party is this weekend, so pink and red were the obvious choice. Our weather went off kilter the past few days and is oddly warm, but I know that winter will come back several times before all is said and done. My bucket is titled, “I’ve Got My Love to Keep Me Warm” and includes fun goodies to keep one toasty and winter weather ready.

Check out my logo! I feel so official.
Moving on to what’s in the bucket…
I’ve Got My Love To Keep Me Warm Bucket

I had so much fun adding the Riverside logo to this pink pom pom beanie. I think I’ll do one for Eastside as well. After all, pink is a neutral.
Some sideline essentials for winter (and spring) sports are rechargeable hand warmers, my favorite socks and a festive beanie. Shop them here:

As always, please feel free to reach out to me if you would like something customized for your school.
Take a good look at the sponsors at these events. Notice the banners hanging at your child’s school and athletic fields. These are usually local businesses making it possible for our kids to have opportunities. Support them!
