Easy Fruit Salad

We had lots of fun get togethers Labor Day weekend and I made this super easy fruit salad twice. It’s ridiculously easy. I saw this recipe on Hello Happiness’s blog a while back and bookmarked it for the next time I needed to feed a crowd. Perfect Fruit Salad

All you need is fruit of your choice (I used pineapple, grapes and strawberries) and a small box of instant vanilla pudding. Dump all of the fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with the vanilla pudding. Mix and cover in fridge for a few hours. That’s it! The flavors will blend and the fruit will have a slight vanilla flavor which makes it seem more like a dessert than a fruit salad. Delicious!

I hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day weekend. We watched tons of football with friends, lounged by the pool, played pickleball and cornhole and went for a bike ride on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The fellas even squeezed in a round of golf between games. Greenville was treated to gorgeous weather. It was low key and fabulous. And I barely took photos.

Long Weekend Fun

Halfway through our short week…I think. Four day weeks are confusing.
